What is working with Gallant like?
Setting Expectations: The last thing we want to do is overpromise and underdeliver. We do our best at setting up status meetings, follow-up documentation, and so on. We’re also human. If there is something that’s on your mind, was said and not done, please bring it to our attention.
Speaking Up: We always raise our hand three times. We believe that it never hurts to ask. We would like to extend that same invite to you. As we work in different industries, please speak up if we are off track, if there is an abbreviation that you’re not familiar with, or have a general question.
Deadline Driven: We all experience fires. Because our team does try to do our best to accommodate our clients, we ask that you’re realistic with your expectations of us. Things cannot happen overnight or “yesterday” without an impact on our team. When setting deadlines, please set realistic expectations. We do offer rush fees, but do not work in a rush mode 24/7/365.
Time Consideration: We are very generous with our time. Being a hybrid, we will make ourselves available via email, text, call, Batman signal, and so on. We also need time to unplug. Please limit work communications to true emergencies after 7pm.
Open Feedback: We try to learn every day. Every project, every experience, every new relationship is an opportunity to learn. We would like to schedule check-ins once in a while to lookback at the work done and any feedback you may have for us. We welcome all constructive feedback – that helps us improve and be a better partner for you guys.
